About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.

2. Determine that:

the changes approved by this resolution do not extend to agreements based on which temporarily available funds of Federal Compulsory Health Insurance Fund and territorial funds of compulsory medical insurance, and also reserve of funds for implementation of compulsory social insurance from labor accidents and occupational diseases were placed in the deposits existing for date of official publication of this resolution;

from the date of official publication of this resolution on the deposits opened based on the agreements specified in the paragraph the second this Item money, except for percent on bank deposit agreement (deposit) cannot be enlisted;

from the date of official publication of this resolution the conclusion of agreements based on which temporarily available funds of Federal Compulsory Health Insurance Fund and territorial funds of compulsory medical insurance, and also reserve of funds for implementation of compulsory social insurance from labor accidents and occupational diseases are placed in deposits, and prolongation of effective period of the agreements specified in the paragraph the second this Item are performed taking into account the changes approved by this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
