About entering of amendments into some legal acts

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. – In the Employment act of the population and social protection of persons which are in job search No. 102-XV of March 13, 2003 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, Art. No. 70-72, 312), with subsequent changes, to make the following additions:

1. Add Article 2 with concept of the following content:

"practical training – form of acquisition of work experience in any area.".

2. Item c) of article 15 after the words "to employment" to add with words "students and".

3. Add Article 16 with Item g) the following content:

"g) practical training.".

4. Add the law with Article 21-1 of the following content:

"Article 21-1. Practical training by students and graduates

(1) Organa of the public power, public organizations and the state companies annually allocate places for practical training in number of at least 10 percent of number of personnel. If several candidates apply for one post of practical training, selection competition will be organized. The procedure for the organization and carrying out tender is established by the Ministry of Public Education.

(2) In case of employment, and also in case of certification and promotion of the worker practical training is recognized the employer work experience.".

Art. II. – Article 56 of the Code of the Republic of Moldova about offenses No. 218-XVI of October 24, 2008 (2009, Art. No. 3-6, 15), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with part (3) the following content:

"(3) Failure to provide the public power by body, public organization or state company of the places for practical training planned in number of at least 10 percent of number of personnel attracts imposing of penalty on officials in the amount of 150 conventional units.".

Art. III. – To the government in a month from the date of entry into force of this law:

– provide to Parliament of the offer on reduction of the current legislation to compliance with this law;
