About introduction of amendments to the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of September 23, 2009 No. 690

In pursuance of the decision of Public service of Ukraine concerning regulatory policy and development of entrepreneurship of February 26, 2014 "About need of elimination by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of violations of the principles of the state regulatory policy according to requirements of the Law of Ukraine "About the principles of the state regulatory policy in the field of economic activity" and according to article 28 of the Law of Ukraine "About fundamentals of the state regulatory policy in the field of economic activity" I ORDER to No. 23:

1. Bring in the Procedure for the carrying out clinical testing of medicines and examination of materials of clinical testing approved by the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of September 23, 2009 No. 690, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 29, 2009 on No. 1010/17026 (further - the Procedure), the following changes:

1) in the Section IV:

in Chapter 1:

to exclude subitem 1.3.6 of Item 1.3;

in Item 1.5 of the word "and Center" to exclude;

in Chapter 2:

the paragraph one of Item 2.6 to state in the following edition:

"2.6. Requirements to the written and oral information provided to the patient (the healthy volunteer) or the legal representative / to the close relative are given in appendix 2 to this Procedure.";

2) in the Section VII:

in Item 7.1:

in subitem 7.1.1 after the words "in appendix" to replace figure "2" with figure "3";

in subitem 7.1.2 after the words "in appendix" to replace figure "3" with figure "4";

in the paragraph the second subitem 7.1.7 after the words "in appendix" to replace figure "4" with figure "5";
