2. Approve the enclosed Instructions on filling of form of the state statistical reporting 12 prices (producers) "Report on the prices of producers of industrial output" and enact them starting with the report from December 26, 2014 till January 25, 2015.
3. Extend the form of the state statistical reporting specified in Item 1 of this resolution on legal entities (except the microorganizations), their separate divisions having separate balance which type of economic activity is the mining industry, processing industry, production and electricity distribution, gas and water.
4. Declare invalid:
