Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 27, 2007 No. 667 "About withdrawal and provision of the parcels of land" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 6, 1/9264; 2009, No. 41, 1/10450; No. 201, 1/10937; No. 302, 1/11207; 2011, No. 61, 1/12567; No. 109, 1/12955; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 08.06. 2013, 1/14311; 17:01. 2014, 1/14755; 07:02. 2014, 1/14803) following amendments and changes:
1.1. in Item 6:
in part one:
to add the paragraph of the seventh with words ", except as specified construction of facilities of roadside service in residential suburbs of Minsk and the regional centers";
the tenth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"to gardening partnerships, citizens - for collective gardening, except for residential suburb of Minsk. Taking into account interests of the state, local conditions and cost efficiency regional executive committees have the right to determine other territories in which the parcels of land for conducting collective gardening are provided by results of auctions;";
the fourteenth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
