About change of presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus
(Extraction)
1. Make changes to presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus (appendix 1).
2. Recognize invalid presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus (appendix 2).
3. To provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with this Decree and to take other measures for its realization.
4. This Decree becomes effective in the following procedure:
Item 28 of appendix 1 – since January 1, 2024;
other provisions of this Decree – since January 1, 2023.
The Item 23 of appendix 1 is effective till March 22, 2023.

1. In Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 9, 2005 No. 262 "About some questions of activities of free economic zones in the territory of the Republic of Belarus":
exclude subitem 1.1-3;
in subitem 1.2 shall be replaced with words the word "years" "No. 213-Z".
2. Of February 7, 2006 "About measures for state regulation of the relations in case of placement and the organization of construction of apartment houses, objects of engineering, transport and social infrastructure of" the word "of the conclusion of agreements" to exclude No. 72 from part one of subitem 1.7 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus.
