1. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic "About release of the state post payment signs of the Azerbaijan Republic" of February 14, 1992 No. 85 in part 1, in the third and fourth paragraphs of part 2, in parts 3 and 4 of the word "Ministry of Communications" in the corresponding cases of noun shall be replaced with words "Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies" in the corresponding cases of noun.
2. "About the Azerbaijani state system on prevention of emergency situations and actions in such situations" of April 30, 1992 No. 239 to make the following changes to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic:
2.1. In Appendix No. 1 - "Functions of state bodies of the Azerbaijan Republic on prevention of emergency situations and actions in such situations", approved by this resolution of the word "Ministry of Communications" shall be replaced with words "Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies";
2.2. In the "Structure of the Extraordinary commission of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic" approved by this resolution of the word "Sh. G. Musayev Is the Minister of Communications of the Azerbaijan Republic" shall be replaced with words "A. M. Abbasov is the Minister of Communications and Information Technologies of the Azerbaijan Republic".
