About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning strengthening of protection of the rights of children
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:
1. In paragraph one of Item 2 of article 15 of the Law of Ukraine "About social and legal protection of the military personnel and members of their families" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1992, No. 15, Art. 190; 2012, No. 22, Art. 216; 2013, No. 14, Art. 89; 2014, 29, the Art. 942) words and figures "having child(children) aged up to 16 years" shall be replaced with words No. also in figures "having child(children) aged up to 18 years".
2. In part one of article 23 of the Law of Ukraine "About mobilization preparation and mobilization" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2005, No. 16, the Art. 255):
In paragraph four of the word "five and more children aged up to 16 years" shall be replaced with words 1) also in figures "three and more children aged up to 18 years";
The paragraph the fifth to state 2) in the following edition:
"Women and men who independently bring up child(children) aged up to 18 years (such persons can be called up for military service in case of their consent and only at the place of residence)";
To add 3) after the paragraph of the fifth with two new paragraphs of the following content:
"Women and men on whose content there is full age child who is disabled person of I or II groups, before achievement of 23 years by it;
adoptive parents, guardians, custodians, adoptive parents, parents tutors on whose content there are orphan children or children deprived of parent guardianship, aged up to 18 years (such persons can be called up for military service in case of their consent and only at the place of residence)".
