About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2014"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2014" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2014, No. 9, of the Art. 93, No. 12, of the Art. 192, No. 15, of the Art. 329, No. 18-19, of Art. 694 with the changes brought by the laws of Ukraine of June 17, 2014 No. 1333-VII and No. 1509-VII and of June 19, 2014 No. 1534-VII) the following changes:

1) in Article 1:

in the paragraph the second to replace figures "372.931.772,1", "314.957.840,7" and "57.973.931,4" respectively with figures "377.821.587,5", "321.993.534,9" and "55.828.052,6";

in paragraph three of figure "436.762.003,2", "377.626.383,1" and "59.135.620,1" to replace respectively with figures "441.587.118,6", "384.597.377,3" and "56.989.741,3";

in paragraph five of figure "8.177.124,7" and "1.307.241,5" to replace respectively with figures "8.241.824,7" and "1.371.941,5";

To replace 2) in article 5 of figure "664.008.825,5" with figures "806.962.160,6";

Article 6 to state 3) in the following edition:

"Article 6. Determine that in 2014 the state guarantees can be provided in amount to 25.000.000 thousand hryvnias in the following directions:

1) according to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for ensuring partial accomplishment of debt obligations of subjects of managing - residents of Ukraine on the loans (loans) attracted for financing of investment projects.

The procedure and conditions of provision of the state guarantees are established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
