Subsidies intend for complete or partial cost recovery (reduction in cost of cost of services) to the water givers servicing especially important group and local water supply systems on supply of drinking water, water users for satisfaction of own needs, except for uses of water resources in commercial interests.
4. The amounts of subsidies for each area (the city of republican value, the capital) affirm as the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan based on provided by the Ministry of regional development of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the administrator of the budget program) the amounts created according to offers of local executive bodies of areas (the city of republican value, the capital).";
