Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 18, 2010 No. 1062 "About approval of Rules of provision (use, return) from the federal budget to budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation of budget credits for 2013" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, No. 52, Art. 7119; 2012, No. 3, Art. 447; 2013, No. 1, Art. 51).

2. Recognize invalid decisions of the Government of the Russian Federation according to the list according to appendix.

3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2014.
