Recognize invalid paragraphs the ninth and tenth the subitem "b" of Item of 14 changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation in connection with adoption of the Federal Law "About the Federal Budget for 2012 and for Planning Period of 2013 and 2014", approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 30, 2011 No. 1249 "About measures for implementation of the Federal Law "About the Federal Budget for 2012 and for Planning Period of 2013 and 2014" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 3, the Art. 447).
