The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "About rehabilitation of disabled people in Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2006, No. 2-3, Art. 36; 2007, No. 27, Art. 366; No. 41, century 549) after the paragraph of the fifth to add 2013, with the new paragraph of the following content:
"military personnel (reservists, persons liable for call-up) and employees of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, National guard of Ukraine, the Security Service of Ukraine, Service of foreign intelligence of Ukraine, the State Border Service of Ukraine, faces of the private, the commanding structure, the military personnel, the staff of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Management of the state protection of Ukraine, Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine formed according to the laws of Ukraine of other military forming which protected independence sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine and were directly involved in anti-terrorist operation, ensuring its carrying out and were directly in areas of conducting anti-terrorist operation, and also employees of the companies, organizations, the organizations which were attracted and were directly involved in anti-terrorist operation in areas of its carrying out according to the procedure, established by the legislation, and also the civilians living in areas of conducting anti-terrorist operation under condition if such persons do not make criminal offenses, regarding ensuring medical appointment with their products, technical and other means of rehabilitation, by services of medical rehabilitation, sanatorium improvement based on conclusions of the medical and advisory commissions of treatment and prevention facilities or decisions of the military-medical commissions irrespective of establishment of disability by it.".
