About modification and amendments in the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of August 30, 2007 No. 127
Based on paragraph two of Item 384 of the Regulations on insurance activity in the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 25, 2006 No. 530 "About insurance activity" in edition of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 14, 2014 No. 165 and Item 10 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1585 "Questions of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus", the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure of payments of insurance value of products of the crops which are subject to compulsory insurance with the state support of harvest of crops, the cattle and the bird approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of August 30, 2007 No. 127 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 301, 8/17581; 2010, No. 94, 8/22155; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 20.06. 2013, 8/27616), the following changes and amendments:
state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. This Instruction determines procedure of payments of insurance value by contracts of compulsory insurance with the state support of harvest of crops, the cattle and bird (further - the agreement of compulsory insurance of agricultural products) in case of crop insurance of crops.";
paragraphs two and third Item 2, of part the first, fourth and fifth Item 3, and 7 after words of "the agreement of compulsory insurance" to add items 4 with words of "agricultural products".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
