1. Item 4 of the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of January 9, 2013 to No. 1 "About approval of the Provision on prudential standard rates of professional activity in the stock market - activities for asset management of institutional investors (activities for asset management)", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 22, 2013 for No. 171/22703, to state in the following edition:
"4. This decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication, except subitem 1.2 of Item 1 of the Section VI of the Provision which becomes effective since July 1, 2014.".
