About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic

3. In Item 2 of Article 5 of the word" (the cities, settlements, rural settlements)" to exclude.
4. In Item 2 of Article 10 of the word" (the cities, settlements of city type and rural settlements)" to exclude.
5. In Article 13:
in the name of Article of the word of "executive local government body of the ailny district, the settlement" shall be replaced with words "айыл okmota";
the paragraph one of Item 1 to state in the following edition:
"1. айыл okmota in the field of regulation of land relations respectively are under authority:";
in Item 2 of the word "executive local government body of the ailny district and settlement" shall be replaced with words "айыл okmota".
6. In Article 14:
in the name of Article of the word of "executive local government body of the city (the city hall, town council)" shall be replaced with words "the city halls of the cities";
the paragraph one to state in the following edition:
"Respectively are under authority the city halls of the cities in case of regulation of land relations:".
7. In Item 5 of Article 15 "district" to replace the word with the word "local".
