About modification of Appendices 1 and 2 to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 18, 2012 No. 606

Bring in appendices 1 and 2 to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 18, 2012 No. 606 "About approval of referral lists of structural divisions regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city, district, district in Kiev and Sevastopol of public administrations" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 50, the Art. 1984, No. 83, Art. 3362; 2013, No. 8, Art. 273; 2014, No. 8, Art. 249) following changes:
add Item of 1 appendix with 1 paragraph of the following content:
"Concerning provision of administrative services or concerning the organization of activities of the center of provision of administrative services (for the Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations).";
add Item 1 of appendix 2 with the paragraph of the following content:
"Concerning provision of administrative services or concerning the organization of activities of the center of provision of administrative services.".
