3. The member of the Federation Council - the representative from legislative (representative) or executive body of the government of the subject of the Russian Federation is allocated with powers for term of office of relevant organ of the government of the subject of the Russian Federation.
4. The president of the Russian Federation cannot exempt the member of the Federation Council appointed to its assumption of office - the representative of the Russian Federation during the first term of the powers, except as specified, provided by the Federal Law.
5. The State Duma consists of 450 deputies.".
