1) in Article 3:
a) state the name in the following edition:
"Article 3. Borders of the Baikal natural territory, border of the water protection zone and border of the fishery conservation zone of Lake Baikal";
b) in Item 1:
words "The Chita region, public authorities of Ust-Orda Buryat Autonomous Area" shall be replaced with words Zabaykalsky Krai;
add with the paragraph of the following content:
"Borders of the water protection zone and border of the fishery conservation zone of Lake Baikal affirm the Government of the Russian Federation.";
c) in Item 2 of the word "The Chita region and executive bodies of Ust-Orda Buryat Autonomous Area" shall be replaced with words Zabaykalsky Krai;
