About transformation of wildlife areas of republican value

Based on subitem 1.5 of Item 1 of Article 7, of Item 5 of Article 17, No. 150-Z "About especially protected natural territories" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: parts two of Item 1 of article 22 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 15, 2018

1. Transform:

1.1. The state biological wildlife area "Tyrvovichi" to the republican biological wildlife area "Tyrvovichi" in connection with change of its mode of protection and use;

1.2. the republican biological wildlife area Chirkovichsky in connection with change of its mode of protection and use.

2. Approve enclosed:

borders, area and structure of lands of the republican biological wildlife area "Tyrvovichi";

Regulations on the republican biological wildlife area "Tyrvovichi".

3. Transfer:

the republican biological wildlife area "Tyrvovichi" in management of the Pinsk district executive committee;

the republican biological wildlife area Chirkovichsky in management of the Svetlogorsk district executive committee.

4. Financing of functioning and protection of republican biological wildlife areas "Tyrvovichi" and Chirkovichsky, and also actions for their transformation to perform from the republican budget and other sources which are not prohibited by legal acts.

5. In six-months time to provide to the Pinsk, Svetlogorsk district executive committees:
