About approval of Changes to the Instruction about features of the direction of faces of the private and the commanding structure of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine in official journeys within Ukraine and abroad

According to Item 8 of the Regulations on Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of June 30, 2011 No. 717 (with changes), and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of Administration of Gosspetssvyaz in compliance with the legislation I order:

1. Approve Changes to the Instruction about features of the direction of faces of the private and the commanding structure of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine in official journeys within Ukraine and abroad, the Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine approved by the order of October 23, 2013 No. 555, of Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice on November 12, 2013 for No. 1924/24456, which are applied.

2. To provide to the director of the department of the organization and control of office activities of Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. I reserve control over the implementation of this order.

Changes to the Instruction about features of the direction of faces of the private and the commanding structure of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine in official journeys within Ukraine and abroad

1. In Item 1.5 of the Section I:

word in paragraph one to "Faces of the private and the commanding structure" to replace with the word to "Employees";

add Item with the new paragraph of the following content:

"If the order on business trip provides return of the employee from business trip during week-end either festive or non-working days, other day of rest can be provided to it.".

2. In the Section III:

2) in Item 6.9:
