Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2009, No. 7, the Art. 751) the following amendment:
add Article 20 with part 5 of the following content:
"5. Accreditation of independent experts (physical persons and legal entity) on the right of implementation of specialized types of examinations is carried out by the authorized state body in the field of accreditation determined by the Government.
The procedure for carrying out accreditation of independent experts (physical persons and legal entity) on the right of implementation of specialized types of examinations of projects of regulatory legal acts is established by the Government.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
