About entering of amendments into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About police"

Article 1. In article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About police" of April 16, 2001, No. ZR-177 (further - the Law):
Item 3 after words "the suffering mental diseases" to add 1) with the words "or suspects is that they have mental disease", and after the word "hospitalization" – the words "or about inspection";
Article to add 2) with Item 3.1 of the following content:
"3. 1) in case of hospitalization in mental health facility in accordance with the established procedure of persons recognized incapacitated in the procedure established by the law and also minors to inform on it legal representatives of the last.".
Article 2. In article 22 of the Law:
Item 2 parts 1 after the words "suffering from mental disturbances" to add 1) with the words "or suspects is that they suffer mental from frustration";
Item 2 of part 1 to add 2) with new paragraphs of the following content:
"After the drive of person in the procedure established by the law in department of police in case of suspicions that the last suffers from mental disease the head of the relevant division of police or his deputy addresses to health bodies with the petition for inspection or for hospitalization of person and transfer of this person in the relevant health organization by the ambulance car accompanied by employees of police will be organized.
In each case of the address of the head of the relevant division of police or his deputy in health bodies with the petition for inspection or for hospitalization of person content term:
"shall not exceed faces in unfreedom 72 hours. In case of confirmation in the specified time of specialized reasons for need of hospitalization of person of the relation, connected with its involuntary (forced) psychiatric hospital treatment, are regulated according to the procedure, established by Chapter 30 of the Code of civil procedure of the Republic of Armenia.".
