In the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About road transport" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2008, No. 7, Article 599; 2010, No. 4, Article 276, No. 10, Article 841; 2013, No. 11, Article 1302) to make the following changes:
1. State Article 14.1.4 in the following edition:
"14.1.4. compulsory insurance on personal insurance upon accidents of the passengers transported by the vehicle (except for the passengers transported in the cities or settlements), to civil responsibility insurance of owners of vehicles, and also insurance upon loss by the driver of the vehicle of professional working capacity as a result of accidents and occupational diseases.";
2. In Article 14.2.8 of the word of "the civil responsibility of the owner of the vehicle" shall be replaced with words "corresponding... according to article 14.1.4 of this Law";
3. Article 25. 25.3 and 25.4 to state 2, in the following edition:
"25.2. Civil responsibility insurance of owners of vehicles and personal insurance upon accidents of the passengers transported performing services in transportation of passengers by the vehicle (except for the passengers transported in the city or the settlement), are performed without fail according to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About compulsory insurance".
