About modification of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of October 18, 2011 No. 825

According to article 3 of the Agreement on the Eurasian economic commission of November 18, 2011 the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Bring in the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of October 18, 2011 No. 825 "About adoption of the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of the equipment for work in explosive environments" changes according to appendix.

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.

The changes made to the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of October 18, 2011 No. 825

1. The list of standards as a result of which application on voluntary basis observance of requirements of the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of the equipment for work in explosive environments" is provided (TR CU 012/2011) approved by the specified Decision to state in the following edition:

"No. 825 is approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of October 18, 2011

(in edition of the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of May 13, 2014 No. 73)
