About modification and amendments in article 20 of the Law on health protection No. 411-XIII of March 28, 1995

Art. I. - In article 20 of the Law on health protection No. 411-XIII of March 28, 1995 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1995, No. 34, of the Art. 373), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and additions:

part (to add 2) with Items e), f) and g) the following content:

"e) dental medical care in full, except for prosthetics and recovery of teeth, provided to children aged up to 12 years;

f) covering of expenses on the ekzoproteza and implants of mammary gland necessary for rehabilitation of patients with malignant tumors;

g) covering of expenses on the individual prostheses and consumable materials necessary for postoperative and prosthetic rehabilitation of patients with malignant tumors of the head, neck and the musculoskeletal device, at the expense of means of the funds of compulsory medical insurance managed by National medical insurance company.";

in part (3) the text "Items b) - d)" to replace with the text "Items b) - g)".

Art. II. - To the government in three-months time from the date of entry into force of this law:

a) provide to Parliament of the offer on reduction of the current legislation to compliance with this law;

b) bring the regulations into accord with this law.
