1) in Item 2 of Article 2 of the word "the Constitution of the Russian Federation" to exclude;

2) in Article 3:

a) declare paragraph two invalid;

b) in paragraph three of the word "federal Arbitration Courts of districts" shall be replaced with words "Arbitration Courts of districts";

3) in Article 4 of the word "the Constitution of the Russian Federation" to exclude;

4) in Article 8:

a) declare Item 1 invalid;

b) in Item 2:

word in paragraph one of "the judge of federal Arbitration Courts of districts" shall be replaced with words "judges of Arbitration Courts of districts";

in the paragraph the second words of "judges of federal Arbitration Courts of districts" shall be replaced with words "judges of Arbitration Courts of districts";

c) to state paragraph two of Item 3 in the following edition:

"The termination of powers of the judge is allowed only according to the decision of the relevant qualification board of judges which can be appealed in Disciplinary board of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation in case of the termination of powers of the judge for making of minor offense by it.";
