About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About authorization system in the field of economic activity" concerning enhancement of the procedure of issue of the documents of allowing nature processed by the central executive bodies

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Introduce in the Law of Ukraine "About authorization system in the field of economic activity" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2005, No. 48, Art. 483 with subsequent changes) the following changes:

1. The eleventh and thirteenth to state paragraphs to part one of Article 1 in the following edition:

"The principle of organizational unity - the principle according to which issue (renewal, issue of duplicates, cancellation) documents of allowing nature to subjects of managing, registration of declarations is performed in the procedure established by the legislation through the allowing center by interaction of the state administrator with representatives of allowing bodies - the central executive bodies, the state collegiate organs, local and regional allowing authorities";

"The allowing center - permanent working body or structural division of executive body of city council of the city of regional and/or republican value of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, regional, Kiev and the Sevastopol city, district, district public administration in the city of Kiev, the ministry authorized by Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea or republican committee (further - authorized body of the executive authority of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea) through which by the principle of organizational unity issue (renewal, issue of duplicates, cancellation) of documents of allowing nature, adoption of declarations by interaction of the state administrator with the allowing bodies specified in paragraph eleven of part one of this Article are performed".

2. In Article 4:

Part one to add 1) with the paragraph the tenth the following content:

"The list and requirements to documents which the subject of managing needs to submit for receipt of the document of allowing nature";
