About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning prevention and counteraction of discrimination

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. Part one of Article 60 of the Code of civil procedure of Ukraine (2004, Art. No. No. 40-42, 492) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with the paragraph of the following content:

"The claimant shall provide actual data in cases on discrimination, confirmatory that discrimination took place. In case of targeting of such data proof of their absence is assigned to the defendant".

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About providing the equal rights and opportunities of women and men" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2005, No. 52, the Art. 561):

Shall be replaced with words 1) in part one of Article 22 of the word "to the Representative of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for human rights, specially authorized central executive body concerning the equal rights and opportunities of women and men, authorized persons (coordinators) for providing the equal rights and opportunities of women and men in executive bodies and local government bodies, law enforcement agencies of the state and court" "in state bodies, authorities of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, local government bodies and their officials, the Representative of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for human rights and/or in court according to the procedure, determined by the law";

The word "law" shall be replaced with words 2) in Article 23 part two "The civil code of Ukraine and other laws".

3. In the Law of Ukraine "About the principles of prevention and counteraction of discrimination in Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2013, No. 32, the Art. 412):
