1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 7, 2011 No. 1151 "Some questions of the objects which are subject to the state protection" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2011, No. 56, the Art. 800) the following change:
in Rules of determination of the objects which are subject to the state protection, approved by the specified resolution:
third of item 4 to state part in the following edition:
"Protection of foreign diplomatic representations, consular establishments and representative offices of the international organizations according to the Vienna convention on the diplomatic intercourses of April 18, 1961 is provided with specialized security divisions of law-enforcement bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to the list represented annually by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.".
2. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
