For the purpose of coordination of social support of members of families of dead and injured of persons as a result of the events which took place on April 6-7, 2010 in the cities of Talas, Naryn and Bishkek, and also on May 13-14, 2010 in the city of Jalal-Abad, being guided by articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for use of means of the special account for social support of members of families of dead and injured of persons as a result of the events which took place on April 6-7, 2010 in the cities of Talas, Naryn and Bishkek, and also on May 13-14, 2010 in the city of Jalal-Abad" of March 14, 2013 No. 134 the following changes:
- in Regulations on procedure for use of means of the special account for social support of members of families of dead and injured of persons as a result of the events which took place on April 6-7, 2010 in the cities of Talas, Naryn and Bishkek, and also on May 13-14, 2010 in the city of Jalal-Abad approved by the above-stated resolution:
- state Item 6 in the following edition:
"6. Decisions on use of means of the special account are made by State commission.";
- recognize Items 19 and 20 invalid.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
