Of October 20, 2008 "About budget classification" to enter the following amendments into the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 91:

1. In appendix No. 1 "Classification of budget receipts":

1.1. To add the Section 321.00 "Capital Transfers from the Government Budget" after 02 paragraphs with paragraph 03 in the following edition:
