About modification and amendments in the Regulations on procedure for education and use of road fund approved by the Resolution of Parliament No. 893-XIII of June 26, 1996

In the Regulations on procedure for education and use of road fund approved by the Resolution of Parliament No. 893-XIII of June 26, 1996 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1996, No. 57, of the Art. 557), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and addition:
1. The subitem g) Item 1 to add with the words "according to Item c) parts (1) article 2 of the Law on road fund No. 720-XIII of February 2, 1996, in that measure in which they do not create the budget of the public body responsible for issue of permissions;".
2. In Item 31 of the word "the state company "Agentia Moldovei Trafic Auto International"." shall be replaced with words "The national agency of road transport.".
3. State Item 33 in the following edition:
"33. Charges to reusable permissions of EKMT and special charges are transferred for issue of permissions to implementation of the international motor transportation carriages, logbooks daily and completely on accounts of the National agency of road transport. The charges for issue of permissions to implementation of the international motor transportation carriages arriving according to Item c) parts (1) article 2 of the Law on road fund No. 720-XIII of February 2, 1996, in that part in which they do not create the budget of the Agency are listed in road fund till December 20 of the current year.".
