About introduction of amendments to article 1 of the Law of Ukraine "About ensuring realization of housing laws of inhabitants of hostels"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in article 1 of the Law of Ukraine "About ensuring realization of housing laws of inhabitants of hostels" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2008, No. 46, Art. 323; 2012, Art. No. 19-20, 167) following changes:

To exclude 2) in part two of the word "on military personnel, employees of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine which live in hostels";

Part third to state 3) in the following edition:

"The coverage of this Law extends to hostels which are objects of the right of the state-owned and utility property, except the hostels which are under economic authority or under operational management of military units, institutions, organizations and organizations of National guard of Ukraine, the Security Service of Ukraine, State Border Service of Ukraine, the Armed Forces of Ukraine and formed according to the laws of Ukraine of other military forming of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the Public criminal and executive service of Ukraine, Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine, system of civil protection and the state educational institutions".

2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
