In paragraph one of Item 2 and item 4 of the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for preservation of production capacities of industrial enterprises, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of February 28, 2011 No. 220 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 18, Art. 757; 2013, No. 26, the Art. 874) to replace the words "Agency of State Property" with the word "Minprompolitiki".
2. In the text of the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for ensuring life activity of the Kryvyi Rih mining and processing works of the oxidized ores approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 30, 2011 No. 324 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 24, Art. 989; 2013, No. 24, the Art. 809), the words "Agency of State Property" in all cases to replace with the word "Minprompolitiki".
3. In the text of the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for restructuring and liquidation of objects of the companies of mountain chemistry and the implementation of urgent nature protection actions in zone of their activities, and also restructuring of the companies for underground production of iron ore approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 29, 2012 No. 160 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 17, Art. 622; 2013, No. 50, the Art. 1800, No. 76, the Art. 2819), the words "Agency of State Property" and "Agency" in all cases to replace with the word "Minprompolitiki".
