About modification and amendments in Regulations on procedure for provision in lease of state-owned property
For the purpose of further enhancement of procedure for transfer to lease of state-owned property and creating favorable conditions for subjects of entrepreneurship the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Make changes and additions to the Regulations on procedure for provision in lease of state-owned property approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of April 8, 2009 No. 102 (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2009, No. 4, the Art. 26), according to appendix.
2. Goskomkonkurention of the Republic of Uzbekistan in a month together with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan to develop the standard agreement of lease of state-owned property providing in lease of state-owned property to subjects of entrepreneurship with condition of adoption of investment obligations by them on minimum rate of the rent without determination of the corresponding coefficients.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R.S.Azimov.
