About modification and amendments in the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of September 12, 2006 No. 112

1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of September 12, 2006 No. 112 "On regulation of the security market" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 166, 8/15099; 2007, No. 304, 8/17671; 2008, No. 237, 8/19537; No. 291, 8/19984; 2009, No. 145, 8/21021; No. 263, 8/21535; 2010, No. 184, 8/22603; 2011, No. 3, 8/23150; No. 45, 8/23569; No. 123, 8/24329) following changes and amendments:
1.1. in the Instruction about procedure for transactions with securities in the territory of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution:
1.1.1. exclude Item 1;
1.1.2. add Item 3 with part two of the following content:
"The term "worker" is applied in the value established by the paragraph the eighth parts one of Article 1 of the Labor code of the Republic of Belarus.";
1.1.3. and 5 to state items 4 in the following edition:
