Bring in part the second article 12 of the Law of the Russian Federation of October 9, 1992 No. 3612-1 "Bases of the legislation of the Russian Federation about culture" (Sheets of the Congress of People's Deputies of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Council of the Russian Federation, 1992, No. 46, Art. 2615; Russian Federation Code, 1999, No. 26, Art. 3172; 2008, to No. 30, the Art. 3616) change, having stated it in the following edition:

"The right to free visit of the museums is guaranteed to persons which did not reach eighteen years once a month. Persons studying according to the main professional educational programs are granted the right to free visit of the state and municipal museums at least once a month. The procedure for free visit of the museums is established by the federal executive body authorized by the Government of the Russian Federation.".
