Shall be replaced with words 1) in item 4 of notes to Article 285 of the word "employees of local government bodies" "local government officers";
In paragraph one of Article 288 of the word "the employee of local government body" shall be replaced with words 2) "local government officer";
In paragraph one of part one of Article 292 of the word "the employee of local government body" shall be replaced with words 3) "local government officer";
In paragraph one of part one of Article 292.1 of the word "the employee of local government body" shall be replaced with words 4) "local government officer";
In paragraph one of Article 315 of the word "the employee of local government body" shall be replaced with words 5) "local government officer".
In article 38 of the Penal Code of the Russian Federation (The Russian Federation Code, 1997, No. 2, the Art. 198) the words "employees of local government bodies" shall be replaced with words "local government officers".
