About modification and amendments in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1589

1. Bring in the Regulations on the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1589 "Questions of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2001, No. 105, 5/9329; 2005, No. 24, 5/15563; 2006, No. 127, 5/22682; No. 207, 5/24361; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 09.10. 2013, 5/37887), the following changes and amendments:
1.1. in Item 6:
state subitem 6.55 in the following edition:
"6.55. will organize production of forms of service records (inserts to them), determines procedure for providing employers with them;";
add Item with subitems 6.71-3-6.71-5 of the following content:
"6.71-3. determines procedure for training, the training, instructing and examination working concerning labor protection;
6.71-4. determines procedure for development and adoption of instructions for labor protection for professions and (or) separate work types (services);
6.71-5. establishes together with the Ministry of Health the list of works (professions) in case of which accomplishment are required prereplaceable (before work, change) medical examination or survey working regarding stay in condition of alcoholic, drug or toxic intoxication, procedure for carrying out prereplaceable (before work, change) medical examination working, and also procedure for carrying out survey regarding stay in condition of alcoholic, drug or toxic intoxication working;";
1.2. in Item 7:
subitem 7.1.3 after the words "labor safety" to add with the words "procedure for providing workers with individual protection equipment";
