Article 1. Article 59 of the Labor code of the Republic of Belarus of July 26, 1999 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 1999, No. 80, 2/70; 2007, 183, 2/1369) to state No. in the following edition:
"Article 59. Minimum wage
Minimum wage (monthly and hour) - the state mifnimalny social standard in the field of compensation which the employer shall apply as the lowest border of compensation of workers for work in normal conditions during the normal duration of working hours in case of accomplishment of the obligations of the worker following from the legislation, local regulatory legal acts and the employment contract.
The procedure for establishment and increase in minimum wage is determined by the legislation.".
Article 2. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 17, 2002 "About establishment and procedure for increase in the size of minimum wage" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2002, No. 84, 2/873; 2010, No. 15, 2/1666) the following changes and amendments, having been reworded as follows it:
