Article 1

Bring in article 56 of the Air code of the Russian Federation (The Russian Federation Code, 1997, No. 12, Art. 1383; 2006, No. 30, Art. 3291) following changes:

Item 4 to state 1) in the following edition:

"4. In structure of flight crew of the civil aircraft of the Russian legal entity or the individual entrepreneur which perform commercial air transportations perform aviation works, citizens of the Russian Federation and in cases, stipulated in Item the 5th this Article, foreign citizens can enter.";

To add 2) with Item 5 of the following content:

"5. In structure of flight crew of the civil aircraft of the Russian legal entity or the individual entrepreneur which perform commercial air transportations perform aviation works, foreign citizens in cases can enter:

1) training of the foreign citizen for the purpose of receipt of the admission by him to professional activity as the member of flight crew of the civil aircraft provided that other members of flight crew of the civil aircraft are citizens of the Russian Federation;

2) the conclusions with the foreign citizen of the employment contract for substitution of position of the commander of the civil aircraft.".
