About entering of amendment and changes into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About accreditation"

Article 1. Part 1 of article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About accreditation" of February 8, 2012 to add ZR-20-N (further - the Law) with Item 5.1 of the following content:
"5. 1) the size and payment procedure, performed by conformity assessment body for executed by National authority on accreditation of service in accreditation approves, estimates based on the agreement signed between National authority on accreditation and conformity assessment body and also payments of the annual membership fee by conformity assessment body and the conformity assessment body specified regarding 3rd article 13 of this Law;".
Article 2. To state Item 5 of part 1 of article 7 of the Law in the following edition:
"5) in the procedure established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia recognizes unilaterally the foreign accreditation bodies having the international recognition and approves their list;".
Article 3. To state part 3 of article 8 of the Law in the following edition:
"3. The national authority on accreditation is the single body accrediting conformity assessment bodies in the Republic of Armenia.".
Article 4. In article 9 of the Law:
Shall be replaced with words 1) regarding 1 word of "4 interested state bodies" "4 interested state bodies and (or) the state non-profit organizations";
2) in part 3 to exclude the words "is the secretary of Council and";
3) Items 12 and 13 of part 8 to recognize invalid.
Article 5. To state item 4 of part 1 of article 10 of the Law in the following edition:
"4) will organize scientific conferences on accreditation, rates on retraining and grants appropriate certificates;".
Article 6. To state part 3 of article 13 of the Law in the following edition:
"3. The procedure for unilateral recognition of the foreign accreditation bodies having the international recognition is established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia.
