1. Form Committee on public procurements of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - Committee).
2. Determine Committee the single organizer of public procurements.
3. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 24, 2008 No. 387 "About some questions of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2008, No. 22, the Art. 205) the following changes and amendments:
in Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:
add Item 2 with the subitem 8) of the following content:
"8) Committee on public procurements of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.";
in Section 2. "Mission, main objectives, functions, rights and obligations of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan":
