Based on Article part two 43, parts four of article 45 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 4, 2010 "About legal status of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Republic of Belarus" and subitem 9.4 of Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 4, 2007 No. 611 "About some questions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the organizations which are a part of the system of law-enforcement bodies" the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus of July 1, 2010 No. 214 "About procedure for representation by the hotels, sanatorium and improving organizations, physical persons and peasant farms performing rendering services in the field of agroecotourism, information on foreign citizens and persons without citizenship in law-enforcement body" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2010, No. 209, 8/22708) the following changes:
1.1. in the name of the word "the physical persons and peasant farms performing rendering services in the field of agroecotourism" shall be replaced with words "subjects of agroecotourism";
