1. Determine that:

1.1. information on the foreign citizens and stateless persons except for specified in paragraphs the second or fifth, ninth or twelfth to part one of article 45 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About legal status of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Republic of Belarus" who are temporarily staying in the Republic of Belarus:

to which based on the services agreement are provided for accommodation of the room, used by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs for rendering services in placement, it is represented authorized persons of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs;

the living in premises based on employment contracts of premises, living rooms in agroecoestates based on service provision agreements in the sphere of agroecotourism, garden lodges and dachas based on lease agreements, multipurpose rooms (business apartments) based on the lease agreements provided by legal entities and physical persons including individual entrepreneurs, it is represented authorized persons of legal entities and physical persons, including individual entrepreneurs;

1.2. information specified in subitem 1.1 of this Item is submitted in law-enforcement bodies in the location of residential and other rooms in the form of the notification in form according to appendix 1.

2. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 2.

3. This resolution becomes effective since July 7, 2024.
