Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of July 7, 2003 No. 126-FZ "About communication" (The Russian Federation Code, 2003, No. 28, Art. 2895; 2004, No. 35, Art. 3607; No. 45, Art. 4377; 2005, No. 19, Art. 1752; 2006, No. 31, Art. 3431; 2008, No. 18, Art. 1941; 2009, No. 29, Art. 3625; 2010, No. 31, Art. 4190; 2011, No. 9, Art. 1205; No. 27, Art. 3880; No. 29, Art. 4291; No. 30, Art. 4590; No. 50, Art. 7366; 2012, No. 53, Art. 7578) following changes:

Item 3 of Article 22 to declare 1) invalid;

To add 2) with Article 22.1 of the following content:

"Article 22.1. Radio-frequency service

Specially authorized service on ensuring regulation of use of radio frequencies and radio-electronic means in case of federal executive body in the field of communication (further - radio-frequency service) performs organizational and technical measures for ensuring proper use of radio frequencies or radio-frequency channels and the appropriate radio-electronic means or high-frequency devices of civil appointment in pursuance of decisions of the State Commission on Radio Frequencies, and also realizes other powers provided by this Federal Law, other Federal Laws and the Regulations on radio-frequency service approved by the Government of the Russian Federation.".

Article 2

Bring in the Federal Law of February 14, 2009 No. 22-FZ "About navigation activities" (The Russian Federation Code, 2009, No. 7, the Art. 790) the following changes:

1) part 2 Articles 1 after words "services in the field of navigation activities," to add with the words "including creation of the state navigation charts and navigation charts for highways";
