1) regarding 1 Article 48 of the word "linear object of transport infrastructure of federal importance, regional value or local value, architectural and construction designing is performed by preparation of the project documentation in relation to such linear" shall be replaced with words "object of transport infrastructure of federal importance or linear object of transport infrastructure of regional value or local value, architectural and construction designing is performed by preparation of the project documentation in relation to it";
2) in part 7 of Article 51:
a) add Item 6 with words ", the cases of reconstruction of the apartment house except for specified in Item 6.2 of this part";
b) add with Item 6.2 of the following content:
"6. 2) the decision of general meeting of owners of rooms in the apartment house made according to the housing legislation in case of reconstruction of the apartment house or if such reconstruction is resulted by reduction of the extent of common property in the apartment house, the consent of all owners of rooms in the apartment house;".
