About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About service in police"

Article 1. In the paragraph the second part 2 of article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About service in police" of July 3, 2002, ZR-401-N (further - the Law) to exclude the words "in the same division of police".
Article 2. To state paragraph two of part 1 of article 3 of the Law in the following edition:
"Also the citizens of the Republic of Armenia who are trained within the state order in educational institutions of Police of the Republic of Armenia, and also trained within the state order in educational institutions of the Republic of Armenia or foreign states in the direction of Police of the Republic of Armenia are considered as employees of police (further - the cadet).".
Article 3. Regarding 3rd article 7 of the Law of the word "the decisions provided by items 4 or 5" shall be replaced with words "decisions, stipulated in Item 5".
Article 4. To state article 11 of the law in the following edition:
"Article 11. Requirements imposed for revenues to service in police
1. On service in police, irrespective of nationality, race, floor, social origin, property or other status, the citizen of the Republic of Armenia aged up to 30 years which can arrive:
1) passed obligatory military service (except for the citizens of female and cases provided by the Items "DB" of part of 1 Article 12, part 4 of article 13 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About conscription");
2) on the personal qualities, the state of health and physical training it is capable to carry out obligations of the employee of police.
