About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About service in police"

Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on April 29, 2010

Article 1. In article 55 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About service in police" of July 3, 2002, ZR-401-N, (further - the Law):

1) Item 2 paragraphs two of part 2 and part 4 to recognize invalid;

2) Article to add with part 3.1 following of content:

"3.1. The educational institution of police can perform paid educational services.".

Article 2. Transitional provisions

1. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day from the date of its official publication.

2. Item 1 of article 1 of this Law does not extend to the citizens accepted in educational institution of police on resident instruction to the introduction of this Law in force.
